Kerja Sepenuh Masa Supervisor (SS2), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Komugi (Multiple Reward ) Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in and execute the daily outlet operations.
• Adhere, implement and comply with the requirement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality management strategies.
• To work hand-in-hand with Branch Managers or person(s) assigned by the company to achieve the objectives and targets set for sales, profit and control of operating expenses.
• Master product knowledge of all SKU.
• To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customers.
• Drive initiatives to maintain, develop and enhance the outlet's image and branding in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage, and dining atmosphere.
• Ensure the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift.
• Ensure the outlet always meet hygiene standards and is ready for service.
• Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
• Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company

Requirements:

• At least 18 years and above.
• Possess minimum SPM & above qualification.
• Candidate with F&B / Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management and/or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
• Able to work 6 full working days (shift hours)
• Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.
