CUSTOMER SERVICES
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Friendly and Outgoing personality for Sales and Marketing.
2. Handle the social media platform for marketing purpose.
3. Co-ordinate deliveries between HQ and customer nationwide.
4. Responsible for daily administrative tasks and reporting to Management team.
5. Attend to walk in customer, online customer, and telephone enquiries.
6. Maintain the good reputation of company branding and shop rating.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
1. Retail or Marketing experience required.
2. Minimum Diploma in any related field with good grades.
3. Conversant in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and intermediate in English language.
4. Interested in Motorcycle or Automotive Industry.
5. Have good personality and good communication skills.
WORKING DETAILS:
Working Day: Monday – Saturday
Off day: Saturday (Week 1 & Week 3) & Sunday
Working Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
