Full Time Maintenance Technician - Facilities Technician Jobs, in Datasonic Technologies Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize machine downtime
• Carry out machine repair, adjustment, and part replacement when required
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues for early intervention
• Assist in machine setup, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule and standard procedures
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, breakdown reports, and repair history
• Work closely with production team to resolve machine-related issues efficiently
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reliability

Minimum Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of working experience in production machinery maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and basic electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with production equipment (printing machine / packaging / automation equipment is an advantage)
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts and attend breakdowns when required
• Good teamwork and communication skills
