Position: Marketing Designer
Job Summary
The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging marketing materials that support the company's branding, promotional campaigns, and business objectives. The role involves designing both digital and print materials, managing visual content for social media platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing and communication materials.
- Maintain and update the company's design assets and templates.
Digital Marketing Support
- Create visual content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Design engaging graphics, infographics, and promotional content for marketing campaigns.
- Produce basic video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign materials.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in developing creative materials for product launches, events, exhibitions, and company activities.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered within deadlines and project requirements.
Photography & Videography
- Assist in photography and videography for company events, products, services, and promotional activities.
- Edit photos and videos for marketing and branding purposes.
- Organize and maintain a library of visual content.
General Duties
- Stay updated with current design trends and marketing best practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when necessary.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Working Hours
As per company policy and operational requirements.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
Work Location: In person
