Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Cloud Computing and Networking.
• Technical Core: Deep knowledge of R&D or technical implementation of switches, routers, load balancers, DNS, and virtual networking.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with LLMs (Qwen, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and AI-powered development tools.
• Education/Certifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field. Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE or AWS/Azure/GCP equivalent certifications preferred.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English (required) for technical and business presentations to C-suite stakeholders.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and Oceania for client engagements.

Full Job Description

Alibaba Cloud is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for our Cloud Networking and "Agentic Cloud" portfolio in the SEA and Oceania regions. You will be responsible for translating complex customer needs into innovative, AI-driven networking solutions.

What You Will Do

• Lead Technical GTM: Own the business outcomes, revenue growth, and product penetration for cloud networking products in international markets.
• Design Solutions: Create and refine scalable networking architectures that solve real-world pain points for enterprise clients.
• Client Advisory: Serve as the technical point of contact for VPs and Directors of top-tier strategic accounts.
• Market Strategy: Analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to develop data-driven industry strategies.
• Product Feedback: Work directly with R&D teams to feed customer insights back into the global product roadmap.
