• Source, negotiate, and oversee supplier pricing, lead times, contractual terms, and technical specifications.
• Assess and qualify suppliers through audits, evaluations, and site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Track and evaluate supplier performance to maintain delivery reliability and product/service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, select, and engage suitable vendors or contractors for facility, machinery, and equipment maintenance services.
• Analyze quotations and submit recommendations for management approval.
• Liaise with external service providers to arrange and monitor maintenance, repair, and servicing activities for office facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

Job Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
• Work location: Ulu Tiram.
