⁠FURRYTEL Cat Hotel and Spa, is a luxury 5-star Cat Hotel, Spa and Grooming, licensed under Department of Veterinary Services, Malaysia. Furrytel has been listed as one of the best Cat Grooming salons in Kuala Lumpur via BURO Malaysia. We are expanding, with two branches already established across Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the safety and happiness of all Cats guests throughout their stay.
• ⁠To ensure all spa and grooming appointments are appropriately scheduled and done on time.⁠ ⁠
• To ensure hotel tools and equipment are well maintained
• To maintain the excellent condition of the facilities.
• ⁠To assist/ handle Cat grooming based on the best practices per the Hotel's policy.
• To ensure the Hotel, Grooming and Spa area is safe, hygienic, and always clean.
• To report any faulty equipment or damage.
• ⁠To help other team members ensure the cleanliness of the whole Hotel.

⁠ ⁠Requirements

• A minimum diploma/any skills certification in any related field.
• Applicants must genuinely love to be around cats of all temperaments including those that may be fearful or aggressive.
• ⁠Able to work on the weekends and public holidays.
• ⁠Having any previous experience in any hospitality environment is a bonus.
• This role requires an individual who is physically able to handle the demands of a watery environment, which includes cleaning, lifting, and prolonged exposure of cat dander and waste. Due to the nature of work, individual with a history of asthma, severe allergies, or other respiratory conditions are advised that this may not be a suitable position.
