Machining, Coating & Logistics Operations

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks involving machining, coating, and logistics activities.
• Conduct regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operational efficiency while minimizing downtime.

Facilities Maintenance

• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including office buildings, guardhouses, workers' accommodation, machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repair, and improvement works.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair projects.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety policies, statutory regulations, and legal requirements.

Production & Logistics Support

• Support production operations, including assembly, packaging, and loading/unloading activities.
• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established operating procedures and safety standards.
• Carry out additional duties and special assignments as directed by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in machinery maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment will be an advantage.
• Independent, resourceful, and dependable with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work at Ulu Tiram.
• Willing to work on a 5.5-day work week schedule.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
