About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong based main contractor established in 2008, specializing in renovation works, alteration and addition (A and A) works, and fitting-out projects. The company has strong experience in managing construction projects from planning through to completion, working closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator to support construction project execution, including documentation, contractor coordination, and site progress tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to construction, renovation, A and A works, or fit-out projects, and who are comfortable handling multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of construction projects, including renovation, A&A works, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation for site meetings, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors on material submissions, shop drawings, and approvals.
• Monitor site progress and follow up on updates to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized project records and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc project coordination and administrative support as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong coordination, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with site coordination, material submissions, and documentation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation tools.
• Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
