Full Time Warehouse Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in BCM Electronics Corporation Kedah - Maukerja

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join BCM Electronics Corporation Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, material movements, and ensuring accurate transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the WMS.
• Monitor material movements to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and planning teams.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, material control, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
