Job Overview

Idea Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.

No prior dental experience is required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
• Register new patients and update patient records
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries professionally
• Provide appointment reminders and follow-up communications
• Handle billing, payments, receipts, and invoices
• Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documents
• Assist with general front desk and administrative duties

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Minimum SPM qualification
• No dental experience required (training provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Working Hours

• 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• OR
• 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary

• RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month
