Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Last Mile Supervisor based in Johor Bahru. The Last Mile Supervisor will oversee daily delivery operations, manage driver performance, and coordinate schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and partners to maintain service quality and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Skills in team leadership, team coordination, and performance management
• Operational knowledge in logistics, route planning, and delivery management
• Experience with problem-solving and process improvement in operational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team interactions
• Proficiency in technology and tools related to GPS tracking, routing software, and data management
• Ability to work on-site and manage fast-paced operational environments
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in last-mile logistics or a similar industry role is a strong advantage
