Production & Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing simple artwork layouts, mockups, and print-ready files (e.g. posters, banners, brochures)
• Support checking and submitting artwork files to printing vendors
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and installation works
• Monitor marketing materials (POSM) stock and arrange distribution to branches
• Assist in setting up events and campaigns (e.g. roadshows, product launches)
• Maintain proper documentation such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO)
• Track movement of marketing materials and merchandise
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Support quality checking of printed materials before distribution

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is an advantage
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling documents and stock
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willing to support on-site setup for events when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
