Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are consistently implemented and complied with.
  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, leave management, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate and liaise with relevant Government departments and statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Labour Department, Immigration Department, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including permit applications and renewals, hostel management, documentation, compliance, and liaison with appointed agencies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, employment contracts, disciplinary documentation, and other administrative correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of personnel information.
  • Support management in employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage office administration activities, including procurement of office supplies, facility maintenance, and coordination with service providers.
  • Perform any other HR, administrative, and operational duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, labour regulations, payroll administration, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll systems.
  • Possess a positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
