Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 6-9 years of experience to lead development and maintenance of ATM Host systems within the Core Banking domain. The role requires strong expertise in COBOL 400 programming on AS400, with deep knowledge of ATM customer self-service solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ATM transaction workflows, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and maintenance of ATM Host applications using COBOL 400 on AS400. Work with DB2 databases to ensure high performance and data integrity. Design and optimize ATM transaction workflows for customer self-service. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ATM systems with core banking modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Ensure compliance with banking standards, operational requirements, and security protocols.

Required Skills:

Strong programming expertise in COBOL 400.

Hands-on experience with AS400 operating system and DB2 database.

In-depth knowledge of ATM Host systems and customer self-service workflows.

Proven track record of delivering solutions in Core Banking environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with DevOps practices for software delivery.

Familiarity with ALDON for automated deployment on AS400.

Knowledge of encryption techniques for secure ATM transactions.

Exposure to automation and continuous integration pipelines.
