Role Overview:

• We are looking for a high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us as a founding member of our agency business. This is a revenue-focused role where your primary goal is to win mandates and close deals.
• You won't be bogged down by manual sourcing. You will lead the human side of our AI-augmented engine, leveraging our technology to handle the "heavy lifting" so you can manage more roles, make significantly more placements, and maximize your commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Market Expansion: Proactively identify and win recruitment mandates in the Singapore and regional markets. You will be the face of Persevio to clients, selling a high-speed, high-quality recruitment model that traditional agencies can't match.
• High-Touch Candidate & Client Management: Own the critical "last mile" of recruitment. Manage candidate relationships, advise clients on hiring strategies, and lead complex offer negotiations to ensure high close rates.
• Maximize Placement Velocity: Work alongside our AI platform and talent delivery team. By delegating sourcing and screening to the technology, you will focus on high-volume deal execution—aiming to far exceed the placement benchmarks of a traditional 360 recruiter.
• Collaborate on Product Evolution: As a founding user, provide direct feedback to our technology team. Your insights will help shape the next generation of AI tools, ensuring they continue to remove friction and increase your billing capacity.

Requirements:

Minimum/Core Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency, with a proven track record of successful business development and closing.
• A "hunter" mindset with the demonstrated ability to win new clients and build a desk from the ground up.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes hiring processes through to completion.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be at the forefront of how technology is changing the recruitment landscape.

Preferred/Bonus Requirements:

• Experience in the technology or professional services sectors in Singapore.
• A tech-forward approach and an appetite for experimenting with new tools to improve operational efficiency.
