What The Role Is

You are responsible for the full spectrum of NSmen HR administration for an assigned unit, covering deployment, development and recognition processes, as well as supporting the unit's corporate services functions.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage NSmen data and records across key HR functions, including manpower planning, organisational structure, resource allocation, and scheme-related applications
  • Administer NS recognition schemes and awards, support course nominations and performance management processes
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration for NSmen
  • Support administrative, financial and logistical processes in line with the unit's NS workplan

    Challenge(s)
  • Interfacing across multiple HR administrative functions within the NS management system, requiring a strong grasp of the various processes that impact the NSmen experience
  • Managing multiple concurrent case files while providing timely and accurate HR administrative services to stakeholders across various NS units
  • Bridging differences in perspective between management and ground concerns, including mediating deviation cases where required

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams concurrently within a small team setting
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
