Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure proper document organization.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in HR databases.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll-related administration.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Perform other administrative and HR tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to learn and work in a team environment.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
