Tanggungjawab
1. Attend to customer's orders and subsequently produce the order acknowledgment for customers, logistic information and other internal information for departments.
2. Coordinate with customers on all after sales services.
3. Monitor customer scorecards and customer portals.
4. Plan, arrange and carry out prompt deliveries of finished goods are carried out in accordance to customer specifications and requirements.
5. Process and maintain proper i.e customer orders and invoices customer account records, product codes, prices, sales tax reference and carry out all processes required in handling export sales including quotations, liaison with the customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents for shipment of goods.
6. Work closely with the production department in meeting customer's requirements on planning of customer's order and logistic department on smooth and timely delivery of products to the said customers.
7. Ensure smooth transportation processes required in handling domestic export sales including quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents for shipment of goods and ensuring all related documentation are in order.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
