We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow the adoption of PUDU service robots across Northern region's commercial and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on hunting new business, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

What you’ll do
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Develop and support reseller and channel partners
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer solutions
- Track market trends, competitor, and gather customer feedback
- Attend industry events and build market presence
What you'll bring
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong hunter mindset with proven prospecting and closing skill
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skill
- Own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
- Bonus: Experience in robotics, automation, AMR/AGV, cleaning equipment, or Industry 4.0 solution
- Engineering or technical background is a plus
