Role Focus

This role is designed for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to live event operations, coordination, and real-time execution in fast-moving environments.

The focus is on building operational discipline, situational awareness, adaptability, and the ability to perform reliably and confidently during live event conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage guest registration, check-in, and professional attendee welcoming
• Support ushering, seating coordination, and crowd flow management
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site logistical preparation
• Coordinate programme flow, timing transitions, and live operational support
• Maintain professionalism, composure, and attentiveness throughout live event execution
• (Optional) Support basic event content capture, including photography and short-form video
