  • Requirement:

    • AMK / Yio Chu Kang
    • $ 2500
    • 5 Day / 8:15 to 5:45 pm
    • Basic Accounting Knowledge
    • Assist the A/Cs & Admin Manager & Senior Executive on the Assigned Tasks;

    Jobs Description:

    • Prepare Trade / Shipment Invoices Daily , Email to Customer for Payment Including the Overdue , .Scan Invoices for Billing / and Mail the Copy to Customers by Post.
    • Update Daily Accounts Journal Entries & Postings / Knowledge of Simple Accounting.
    • Prepare 3 Reports for Management ; Sales Closing By Country , Stock Adjustment Report , Excel Debtors Outstanding Balance
    • Assist Fixed Assets Physical Check & Stock Take Activity Monthly.
