As a Brand Advisor, you will act as a strategic consultant to clients, guiding them through brand diagnosis, positioning, and growth decisions. This role is client-facing, insight-driven, and requires strong business thinking, communication skills, and accountability.
You are not expected to “design” or “produce” — you are expected to think, advise, challenge, and lead clients toward clarity and results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Advisory
- Conduct structured brand consultations with business owners and decision-makers
- Diagnose brand, marketing, positioning, and business gaps using Aspial’s frameworks
- Translate complex brand concepts into clear, actionable strategies
- Guide clients through short-term fixes and long-term brand direction
- Present recommendations confidently and professionally
Strategy Development
- Develop brand strategies including positioning, messaging, customer journey, and growth direction
- Work with internal teams and approved vendors to ensure strategies are executed correctly
- Review and evaluate brand materials to ensure alignment with strategy
- Participate in strategic discussions for high-value or long-term clients
Relationship & Account Management
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with clients
- Follow up on action items, progress, and outcomes after consultations
- Maintain proper documentation and records of client discussions
- Ensure professional communication standards are upheld at all times
Sales & Business Contribution
- Convert consultations into advisory packages and long-term engagements
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities based on client needs
- Meet individual and team sales or conversion targets
- Represent Aspial professionally in meetings, events, and collaborations
Professional Standards & Growth
- Commit to continuous learning and certification as required by the company
- Adhere strictly to Aspial’s SOPs, ethics, and advisory standards
- Participate in internal training, reviews, and performance evaluations
