Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including invoicing, transaction tracking, and monthly account closing to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GST regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoicing and transaction tracking to ensure accurate job billing
• Collaborate with operations teams to verify billables are correctly invoiced and recorded
• Maintain full set of accounts through precise bookkeeping practices
• Submit monthly GST returns to IRAS in compliance with regulatory deadlines
• Participate in the setup and implementation of a new ERP system to enhance accounting processes
• Complete monthly account closing activities within established reporting deadlines
• Manage simple accounting tasks related to Malaysia operations
