Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts by developing strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with business needs
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and define job specifications
  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies
  • Build and sustain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand talent pipelines

Required competencies and certifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
