Tanggungjawab
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
- Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
- Handle technical and engineering problems.
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site. Delegate tasks to laborers and sub-contractors to meet design.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to minimize risks to workers. Ensure the site complies with all legal building codes and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the workmanship and materials meet technical and structural standards.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and work schedules. Ensure all phases of the build progress smoothly.
- Minimum 5 years in Construction projects.
- Experience in Singapore
- Willing to work 5.5 days at HDB construction site.
