Job Description: • Issuance of purchase request and delivery order. • Entering data and information from source documents within time limits. • Liaising with client and arrange for inspections. • Manage Quality related documents (Material Report, Fit-up Report, Welding Visual Report & NDT reports) • Coordinate with logistic suppliers’ issuance of Packing list and arrange transport for exporting goods. • Document control on engineering drawings to be updated in server. • Schedule meetings and file minutes of meeting • Tracking and record keeping of spares and equipment • Provide all administrative support and undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned Job Requirements: • Minimum Form 5 or equivalent. • Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer literacy are required • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus • Able to use Zoom for meetings • Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player. • Able to work under minimum supervision, matured, independent and pro-active. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000
