Job Summary

This full-time, on-site Guest Relations Officer role in Changi serves as the primary contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly to create a positive first impression and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests clearly and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction
• Resolve guest complaints by identifying issues and coordinating timely solutions with relevant departments
• Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, payments, and maintaining accurate guest records
• Collaborate with housekeeping and events teams to ensure coordinated service delivery and guest comfort
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor to foster a welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively in English; use additional language skills to assist diverse guests when applicable
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays to support continuous guest service
