• Responsibilities:
• Report to Financial Controller
• Responsible for full set accounting, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cheque preparation, general ledger and month-end reports for Hong Kong Region
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable for Hong Kong and Singapore Region
• Prepares payments by verifying payment documentations (Vendor invoices and employee reimbursements) for Hong Kong and Singapore Region
• Supervise Bangladesh Region for providing comprehensive accounting services and support including fund transfer and monthly TDS and VAT submission
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management schedules, annual budget, regular forecasts and analysis reports
• Assist in statutory reporting and annual audits
• Handle Contract renewal
• Handle IRD forms and related matters
• Prepare cash flow projection
• Support ad hoc work as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder or equivalent in finance, accounting or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 3 years accounting experience relating to financial reporting, sourcing industry is an advantage
• Preferably candidates who have experience in accounting/audit firms
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Well organized, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and self-motivated
• Exposure in Xero Financial System is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint
