Hiring: Nightclub Manager (Client Network Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Nightclub Manager to lead operations and drive crowd growth at our venue.

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily nightclub operations, staff, and floor coordination

Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and regular patrons

Leverage your personal network to drive customer traffic and table bookings

Collaborate with marketing and promoters to maximize turnout

Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in nightlife, club, or hospitality management

Strong network of clients, VIPs, or partygoers (this is a big advantage)

Leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on revenue and table bookings

Outgoing personality with strong social and communication skills
