Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates/ New-Comer
Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority
Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks
Develop effective recruitment/ training strategies
Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
Learn different skills and knowledges to prepare for progression
Requirements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
