Job Summary

We are enhancing our commercial and construction litigation practice and seeking paralegals to support our corporate partners and associates, contributing to legal operations and commercial transactions with a pathway to independent legal management.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate partners and associates by conducting legal research to inform commercial contract preparation and review
• Assist in meeting with Client/Partners to take instructions
• Provide corporate secretarial support to maintain statutory compliance and governance standards
• Conduct client Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and manage legal files to uphold regulatory and internal standards
• Utilize AI tools such as Chat GPT and Claude to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of legal research and administrative tasks
• Perform administrative duties with a focus on supporting legal team workflows and assisting with ad-hoc legal matters to maintain operational continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in LAW
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a paralegal role preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Adobe, and AI research tools (Chat GPT, Claude)
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Demonstrated motivation and ability to learn quickly with a positive attitude
