About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Store Keeper to join our team at JM JAS MAJU SERVICES (M) SDN. BHD. in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our warehouse inventory, ensuring efficient stock control and timely distribution of goods.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving, inspecting, and recording the arrival of all incoming goods and materials

2. Maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking stock levels

3. Organising and storing items in the warehouse in an efficient and easily accessible manner

4. Fulfilling orders by picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a timely manner

5. Conducting regular stock checks and identifying any discrepancies or issues

6. Assisting with the implementation of warehouse management systems and processes

7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and information

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a store keeping or warehousing role

2. Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills

3. Proficient in using warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems

4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset

7. Familiarity with the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry is preferred
