About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS' in Sungai Petani, Kedah. In this full-time role, you will provide essential support to the marketing department, contributing to the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and events

2. Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content and email campaigns

3. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies

4. Maintain and update the company's marketing materials and collateral

5. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing implementation

What we're looking for

1. Relevant experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry

2. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail

4. Proficiency in using various marketing tools and software, such as graphic design, social media and content management platforms

5. A team player with a proactive and creative mindset

6. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
