Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing across social media platforms
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services
Promote the company’s digital presence and brand awareness including websites, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Blog, Whatsapp, Newsletter and etc
Manage campaign calendars, and promotional activities
Create engaging content (text, image, video) for digital platforms
Write and proofread marketing materials including social media posts, website content and video scripts
Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
Brief and work with internal design teams or digital agencies on visuals
Ensure website and digital platforms are updated with accurate information
Monitor creative content performance and align with sales teams to ensure smooth execution
Use web analytics software to monitor website performance and recommend improvements
Monitor advertisement performance and marketing results to improve overall effectiveness
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with company direction and objectives
Explore and propose new marketing ideas, tools, and strategies
Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the Management /superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or relevant qualification
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / E-Commerce industry or in the related field
Preferably with exposure to digital marketing will be an added advantage
Proficient in Meta Ads and other digital marketing tools, with Google Ads experience considered a plus
Understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and current trends
Knowledge of website management and content updates
Knowledge of social media platforms
Familiar with online advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and campaign optimization
Understanding of content marketing, branding, and lead generation
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English with good grammar
Creative, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of social media trends and digital consumer behaviour
Ability to utilise AI tools for marketing and content efficiency
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and multitasking ability
A Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, well-organized, and disciplined in meeting deadlines
