The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Hotel Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across our hotel-standard short-stay properties in Klang Valley. This role is for someone who understands that great hospitality is built on strong systems, hands-on leadership, and guest-first thinking.

You will oversee operations on the ground, manage teams across sites, and ensure every property runs smoothly while delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

• Conduct daily quality assurance inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards

• Identify gaps and opportunities for operational and guest experience improvements

• Propose and implement strategies to enhance overall operational performance

• Liaise with VIP guests and property owners, ensuring professional communication and relationship management

• Address and resolve guest issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction standards

• Act as the point of contact for emergencies, executing crisis management protocols when required

• Coordinate and oversee staff scheduling, hiring, and training, ensuring adequate coverage

• Monitor and manage staff performance during assigned shifts

• Step in to support frontline operations when manpower shortages occur

The Perfect Fit :

• Experience in 3–4 star hotels in supervisory or managerial roles

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management approach

• Highly guest experience-oriented with attention to detail

• Own transport and comfortable moving between multiple sites

• Fast learner with strong self-learning and problem-solving abilities

Workplace

• Assigned hotel locations within Klang Valley

• 6 working days per week
