Tanggungjawab

Work Location: Taman Sri Manja, Jalan Kelang Lama

 What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

  • Organize and maintain proper filing of company documents, including both physical and soft copy records.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping and administrative duties.

  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

  • Assist in handling petty cash claims and staff reimbursement claims.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of working experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar position.

  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as part of a team.

  • Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines effectively.
