About The Role

SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd. is part of a global group headquartered in China, specializing in the design and manufacture of automotive seating motors and wiper system for leading car manufacturers worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure qualified talent while ensuring timely hiring, a positive candidate experience, and alignment with business workforce requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and quality hires.

  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  3. Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for open positions.

  4. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking activities.

  5. Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Must- Have:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume hiring environment.

  3. Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.

  4. Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment skills.

  5. Strong experience in candidate sourcing through online platforms, professional networks, and recruitment databases.
