Established in Indonesia in 2009 as an online game voucher provider, UniPin has steadily expanded its product portfolio. Today, the platform also supports digital products and services like iTunes, Spotify, and Iflix, backed by a wide variety of payment channels to serve diverse customer needs.
Role Purpose:
To support the expansion and management of the company’s reseller network by identifying, acquiring, onboarding, and maintaining reseller accounts. The role is responsible for building the reseller pipeline, converting prospects into active resellers, managing reseller relationships, monitoring performance, and supporting revenue growth through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and qualify potential resellers, agents, distributors, and business partners to expand the reseller network.
- Manage assigned reseller accounts, maintain regular engagement, resolve enquiries, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain reseller acquisition pipeline, follow up on leads, monitor reseller performance, and support revenue growth targets.
- Conduct initial screening, collect documents, coordinate internal approvals, reseller setup, training, and activation.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, commission structures, and commercial terms for both new and existing resellers.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Communication or any related field.
- Candidates with relevant reseller, distribution, fintech, gaming, digital products or merchant acquisition experience may also be considered even if from a different academic background.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management, reseller management, distributor management, merchant acquisition or partnership management.
- Experience handling resellers, agents, distributors, merchants, dealers or business partners is preferred.
- Experience managing sales pipeline, lead follow-up, account activation, reseller performance and revenue growth is preferred.
- Experience preparing proposals, pricing, commission structures, commercial terms or basic business presentations is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates may be considered for junior level if they have strong communication skills, sales interest and willingness to learn.
