About the role

Become the Assistant Director of Sales (Corporate Segment) at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, a full-time position located in the vibrant Bukit Bintang neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and driving new business development within the corporate segment, helping to achieve the hotel's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, target and secure new corporate accounts

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers and influencers

3. Negotiate and close complex sales agreements that maximise revenue and profitability

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, revenue management and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

6. Provide sales forecasts, market insights and performance reports to senior management

7. Mentor and develop a team of sales executives to enhance their skills and productivity

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years' sales experience in the hospitality or corporate events industry

2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a corporate client base

3. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

4. Excellent organisational and time management abilities

5. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments

6. Degree in hospitality, business or a related field
