Xantara Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing environmental industry team. This role focuses on industrial sales, client relationship management, and supporting business growth while ensuring compliance with DOE requirements.

• Manage and support the sales process from prospecting to customer service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Support company sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets

• Source industrial waste materials suitable as alternative raw materials for industries

• Liaise with customers and relevant parties regarding compliance and DOE-related matters

• Prepare sales documentation, reports, and administrative tasks

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field with minimum 1 year working experience in sales

• Fresh graduates in Marketing or Chemistry-related fields are welcome to apply

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Must possess own car and be willing to travel

• Responsible, hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently

• Experience in Environmental or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Basic Salary: RM2,200/month
Travel Allowance: RM500/month
Mileage Claim provided for sales travelling exceeding 600km/month
Commission & Bonus: based on quarterly sales performance
