JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good verbal and communication skill.

  • Meticulous and possess positive attitude

  • Good sense of urgency

  • Flexible and adaptable.

  • Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in computer skills - Excel

  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

JOBSCOPE

  • Order submission

  • Generate invoices for client

  • Update daily sheet report

  • Update progress to client for every batch of orders.

  • Prepare Air waybill and assign operation team for goods delivery.
