Tanggungjawab

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients or project team members.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource planning, task allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring effective communication among clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, issues, and success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress proactively, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation or resolution plans.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and risk/issue logs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, governance, and quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Professional Qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2
