We are seeking a skilled CRM Implementation SaaS Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting CRM and SaaS applications while ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support CRM and SaaS applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage application releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Integrate applications using APIs and other standard integration tools.
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure system stability, compatibility, and adherence to best practices.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience in CRM implementation and SaaS application support.
• Strong understanding of application integration and APIs.
• Experience with SaaS testing and release management.
• Knowledge of enterprise software platforms and business processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery
