Job Summary:

As a Fall 2026 Business Analyst Intern, you will be staffed on active cases in which you will work together with teams to solve challenging problems. This program provides you with a broad exposure to the strategy management consulting industry.

• Interns who exceed our expectations may receive an offer to return as a full-time Business Analyst once you graduate from university.

Working Relationships:

This position reports to a Consultant in NRI Singapore and he/she will be your mentor during your internship program. You will also have opportunities to work directly not only the mentor, but also project manager, project leader, or any other working colleagues.

Job Description:

• Perform as a project member for management consulting projects.
• Pro-actively work on current and new management consulting projects related to research, strategy development such market analysis, go-to-market strategy, feasibility study, competitor’s analysis, etc, on your workstream of the projects.
• Identify business solution strategies by consolidating information sources, conducting detailed analysis and translating into actionable insights.
• Translate your findings into insightful deliverables and present to key project internal/external stakeholders.
• May assist to prepare business development materials to generate potential project pipelines and follow up on the projects.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates in their penultimate or final year of study with academic excellence in any degree or major.
• Experience in hypothesis-based research related consulting project may be advantageous.
• Internship experience in research or strategy consulting industry may be advantageous but not a must.
• Strong critical thinking and analytic capabilities with hypothesis-driven research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be working closely in project teams.
• Self-motivated & independent
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Hiring full time interns only.
