Lindian Global Rare Earths are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Officer to join our Singapore-based team, supporting global operations and reporting into the Perth finance and HR function.

This is a hands-on role responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for our Malawi operations and overseeing outsourced payroll for Kazakhstan, while providing broad HR support across Australia. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting HR processes, and contributing to system implementation as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end Payroll processing (non-complex processing)
  • Preparation of PAYG, Pension and other lodgements
  • Month‑end payroll reporting support
  • Audit support and maintaining accurate payroll and employee records
  • Asist with local recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and onboarding for Australia and international locations
  • Provide support on employee relations matters and HR queries
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems
  • Assist with the implementation of Payroll and HRIS systems
  • Assist with the development of Payroll policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in Payroll processing with HR exposure
  • Strong payroll compliance knowledge (PAYG, Pensions, etc)
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience in mining or resources is desirable
  • Experience supporting international payroll from offshore is essential
