What You'll Do

Lead Strategic IAM Transformation

• Advise C-suite stakeholders on IAM strategy, architecture, and identity governance.
• Lead large-scale IAM transformation programs across enterprise and customer-facing environments.
• Drive delivery excellence, risk management, and program governance.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and delivery functions.

Architect Secure Digital Solutions

• Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Lead integrations involving platforms such as Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Keycloak, and OpenAM.
• Establish secure authentication and authorization capabilities including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and API security.
• Define architecture standards, DevSecOps practices, and secure development frameworks.

Drive Engineering Excellence

• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from solution design through deployment.
• Provide technical leadership across Java-based applications, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Champion secure coding practices, application security testing, and modernization initiatives.
• Review solution architecture, code quality, and technical design decisions.

Grow the Business

• Support business development, proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to practice growth across the region.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in IAM, application development, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs and technical teams.
• Strong expertise with IAM platforms such as Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Keycloak, or similar solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience implementing SSO, Federation, IGA, PAM, CIAM, or Cloud Identity solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, secure software development, and application security testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
