We are evolving the traditional UX Researcher role into a Digital Strategist focused on Data & Design Performance. In an era where AI can handle basic research tasks and data gathering, the true human value lies in the ability to turn complex data patterns into actionable information, deep insights, and high-stakes digital business decisions. We are looking for a strategist who is curious, open, and eager to grow—someone who ensures that our solutions are not only user-focused but also performance-optimized through every stage of the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Data Synthesis & Decision Support: Love and analyze data to transform it into information, information into insight, and insight into strategic digital business decisions.

Performance-Optimized Design: Conduct full lifecycle analysis including user needs and business requirements to craft a strategic design approach that prioritizes performance.

Human-Centered Strategy: Effectively connect the business vision with Human-Centered Design (HCD) thinking and strategy to facilitate delightful user experiences that meet measurable goals.

Monitoring & Quality Control: Develop advanced analysis and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and quality control plans to identify areas for iterative improvement.

Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with UI/UX and Creative teams to prioritize business goals and identify the critical information needed to craft design strategies.

Prerequisites

Pattern Recognition: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex, large-scale data sets.

Statistical Reporting: Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide insightful reports to stakeholders.

Web Performance Analysis: Analyze web traffic metrics and digital behavior to suggest solutions that boost web presence and user engagement.

Strategic Opportunity Discovery: Research products, services, and current market strategies to identify new opportunities and process improvements.

UX Best Practices: Establish and champion best practices in User Experience design, staying up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and AI developments.
