Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive - Marketing & Content, based in Kota Damansara, with the opportunity to occasionally work from home. The role requires a creative and strategic approach to achieving business goals while contributing to impactful content creation and marketing campaigns.

Job Purpose

The Marketing & Content Executive will support the coordination, organisation, and execution of ongoing productions, campaigns, marketing rollouts, and creative projects under MsOrange Solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth project flow, operational coordination, timely follow-ups, and support across active productions and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing productions, campaigns, and creative projects
• Assist with post-production coordination and marketing rollout for Syarat Cinta
• Support proposal deck preparation, presentation formatting, and project organisation
• Manage project timelines, trackers, schedules, and follow-ups
• Coordinate social media deliverables, campaign assets, and content materials
• Liaise with talents, KOLs, freelancers, vendors, and collaborators where required
• Assist with shoot coordination, logistics, and operational support

• Be proactive, organised, and responsive in managing assigned tasks
• Able to multitask and adapt within a fast-paced creative environment
• Maintain clear communication and timely follow-ups across projects
• Support smooth coordination between internal teams, collaborators, and clients
• Take initiative in keeping projects and deliverables properly organised and on track
• Be dependable during active production and campaign periods

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications equivalent
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple projects
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with Canva, Google Slides, Google Drive, and social media platforms
• Interest in creative production, marketing, and campaign coordination
• Able to work in a fast-paced and flexible creative environment
• Experience in production, marketing, social media, or project coordination is a bonus

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid / flexible working arrangement (2-3 days in office only)
• Based in Klang Valley preferred
• May require occasional shoot day or weekend support depending on project schedules

Job salary : RM3.2k- RM3.5k basic (with travel allowances to be discussed)

Performance Review

Salary and role scope may be reviewed after the initial 3-months contract period based on performance, project expansion, and operational requirements.
