About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Associate at Sinegy to join our team.As we continue to grow, our daily operational volume has increased significantly. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented generalist who can concurrently manage two key sides of our business: Client Support and Trade Account Consolidation.

This position blends detailed data work with direct client communication. To handle the high daily volume effectively, you should be highly organized and comfortable pivoting between different tasks while maintaining complete accuracy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Account Consolidation: Work closely with our accounts team to review, reconcile, and consolidate daily trade records. You will cross-reference transaction data to ensure absolute accuracy across our internal systems and partner with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Support: Manage our incoming support queue via email/chat. You will troubleshoot platform issues, answer account inquiries, and provide clear, professional solutions to our users.

 

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or data reconciliation. Experience in fintech, trading environments, or banking is highly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data verification and comfort learning internal database tools and standard ticketing systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication. You can write clearly and precisely, whether you are explaining a complex issue to a client or reporting data to internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Collaboration: A proactive approach to troubleshooting data mismatches and a collaborative mindset, as you will be working daily alongside our operations team.
  • Execution & Focus: A proven ability to manage your own schedule, block out time for deep-focus data work, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.

 

This role offers a comprehensive look at how both the financial and customer sides of a business operate, with clear paths for long-term growth as the company expands.
